No - unfortunately, we only operate in the larger cities, since our efficiency primarily comes from bundling deliveries, which is simply not possible to the same extent in rural areas.
No. It actually doesn't matter how many deliveries you process with us. Our system is fully automated. It would only be of interest for both sides if we were able to take on recurring deliveries as part of our everyday business.

Yes, we offer transport and liability insurance for the transported goods.
Customers receive their order ASAP or within a specified time slot. The time period for ASAP deliveries does, however, depend on the city and traffic load, though a package should not be en route for more than an hour. In Zurich, for example, our delivery time is an average of 20 minutes for ASAP orders.
