FollowMe

Our unique live tracking system, "FollowMe", ensures an optimal customer experience from your warehouse to the doorstep of your customers. Recipients receive live updates on their shipment and delivery status through "FollowMe". Customers enjoy maximum flexibility to manage their delivery and communicate directly with the driver. Deliveries are communicated with a time window of approximately 40 minutes. "FollowMe" increases first-time delivery rates and turns the delivery into an experience.

Process

SameDay: The process at a glance.

With notime, same-day delivery becomes simple and efficient. From the checkout in your company’s webshop to CO2-neutral delivery on the same evening – our optimized process ensures smooth operations and maximum customer satisfaction. Discover how we deliver orders faster, smarter, and more sustainably.

01. Order in the webshop

The customer places their order in your webshop. The same-day delivery option is displayed at checkout based on the postal codes serviced by notime. Your company decides whether to offer the same-day delivery option and at what additional cost.

02. Data transfer

The shipment data is transmitted to notime, for example, via an API interface. Providing the recipient's email address and phone number is essential. notime uses this information for communication and shipment tracking through the notime Track and Trace tool, "FollowMe."

03. Pickup or injection

notime picks up the packages from your company’s warehouse, or you can deliver them to one of our hubs. Pickup services can be offered by notime and are billed as a monthly flat rate based on your delivery days.

04. Sorting, triage and route planning

notime sorts your shipments manually, either at the central sorting hub in Buchs AG for nationwide delivery or at regional hubs for local delivery. The shipments are then triaged to delivery hubs, while notime simultaneously plans most efficient delivery routes with a high stop density.

05. Live tracking and delivery control

Recipients can track their delivery in real-time with "FollowMe", receive live updates on their order, and provide flexible delivery instructions. For example, "I’m at my neighbor’s for an aperitif, please leave the package there", or "Please don’t ring the bell, my baby is sleeping". FollowMe can also be branded with your company’s look and feel at no additional cost.

06. Distribution

The shipments from your company are delivered to your recipients on the same day they leave your warehouse, between 6 PM and 10 PM. In the afternoon, recipients receive a narrower time window of approximately 40 minutes, so they know exactly when their shipment will arrive.

07. Delivery to your recipients

The package can be left with your recipients or handed over personally – quickly and securely. Additional services, such as delivery with signature or ID check, can also be integrated.

08. Feedback and reporting

Recipients can rate their delivery experience and provide valuable feedback via FollowMe. Additionally, as a client, you gain access to our dashboard, where you can monitor the performance of your shipments at any time.
