In a special collaboration with Zalando and Swiss Post, we are thrilled to announce the pilot launch of the Zalando Courier Service – a first in Switzerland that will revolutionize your online shopping experience.

The Zalando Courier Service is a new feature allowing Zalando customers to select the delivery time for their orders within a precise 90-minute window. Combined with real-time tracking via our “FollowMe” Track and Trace tool, customers can check the status of their delivery at any time, manage the delivery, and provide instructions to the courier if needed. This premium delivery option gives Zalando customers greater control, flexibility, and convenience when receiving their orders.

Using eco-friendly electric vehicles for our delivery teams, we ensure that the environmental footprint of our deliveries is kept to a minimum. This demonstrates our commitment to sustainable logistics and reflects our efforts to make a positive contribution to environmental protection.

Starting on April 24, 2024, the pilot phase will give selected households in five postal code areas in the Zurich metropolitan region the opportunity to experience this innovative service. This initial phase will allow us to gather valuable feedback and continuously optimize the service to better meet the expectations of Zalando customers.

Keep an eye out for our couriers in Zurich in the coming weeks – you’ll recognize them by their Zalando-branded vests, and the delivery boxes on their electric vehicles will also feature Zalando’s branding.
