With the new "SameDay Urban Plus Evening" service, 55% of all Swiss households have been able to benefit from fast same-day delivery since last year. This offering has attracted five additional business customers, and it has been used over 1,000 times by online shoppers since October 2022.
In addition to the joint launch of "SameDay Urban Plus Evening," a newly formed sales team at Swiss Post enables even better synergy in sales activities with notime. Moreover, shared IT interfaces simplify the transmission of shipment data, streamlining the process for business customers.
Place an order in the morning and have the product in your hands by the evening – the new service is a hit. Since October, personalized flower bouquets from Sayflowers, a start-up by Migros Zürich, have been delivered through this offering. Additionally, hardware from the B2B shop ALSO has been available for ordering via "SameDay Urban Plus" since last fall.
Since March 2022, a newly formed sales team at Swiss Post has been working closely with notime's existing sales team. This collaboration aims to foster direct communication, leverage synergies in sales activities, and present a unified market approach.
Additionally, technical barriers were removed in 2022: the integration between Swiss Post's and notime's systems now enables automatic transmission of shipment data from Swiss Post to notime. For business customers, this means no need for an additional IT interface with notime – data is transmitted seamlessly using familiar processes.
The same-day delivery market is set to evolve from a rapidly growing niche to an established industry in the coming years. With innovative products, notime aims to strengthen its market-leading position in 2023 and beyond by offering cutting-edge solutions for customers.
Speed, sustainability, and delivering an exceptional customer experience at attractive prices remain the core values driving notime's vision for the future.
