Our approach is simple yet ingenious: we offer same-day delivery in original packaging. This means that products ordered online are delivered in their original packaging, without additional boxes or filler materials. Not only does this save customers the hassle of bundling boxes, but it also reduces the amount of air transported in our electric vehicles.
This innovative delivery method has been successfully tested in Zurich over the past three years. Now that the processes are optimized, approximately 60% of Swiss households are expected to benefit from this service by the fall.
Our dedicated team works closely with Digitec Galaxus to ensure that all orders arrive on time and in excellent condition. Using eco-friendly electric vehicles provided by the Post, our couriers minimize CO2 emissions while ensuring efficient and precise deliveries.

This is all made possible by notime’s proprietary IT logistics platform, consisting of multiple apps and servers. From shift planning for personnel, data processing, route planning, and package sorting to final delivery – everything is managed seamlessly in one system.
This high level of integration provides incredible flexibility, allowing us to quickly adapt to new customer and market demands and even experiment with the occasional “crazy” idea.
One such innovation is "FollowMe by notime". This app enables our customers to track the delivery process in real time, actively manage the receipt of items, and even communicate directly with the couriers. This creates transparency and fosters a personal connection between recipients and the sender.
