Delivering online-ordered goods on the same day through optimized route planning – that’s the business model notime relies on. The company is clearly meeting the demands of the times, as evidenced by the milestone of its millionth delivery completed recently.
notime operates in a niche market with its SameDay products, making the milestone of surpassing one million deliveries all the more significant. CEO Reto Graf describes this achievement as "a major step for our company." He reflects, "When we decided to focus on SameDay deliveries, we didn’t know where the journey would take us. Reaching one million deliveries already is something I’m especially proud of."
However, this first million is far from the last. notime and its parent company, Swiss Post, are determined to continue shaping the SameDay market. As Reto Graf puts it: "Together with Swiss Post and our employees, we strive every day to deliver our very best – for the benefit of our customers."
While demand for SameDay deliveries initially grew gradually, it has skyrocketed in recent months. Last year, notime edged closer to the million-delivery milestone, finally surpassing it in January.
This surge is partly attributed to the COVID-19 pandemic: people stayed home and ordered more online, driving demand. However, the need for SameDay deliveries has intensified independently of the pandemic – and it continues to grow.
Reto Graf confirms: "Customers want to receive their ordered goods faster and faster. We anticipate that demand will keep increasing. It’s even quite possible that we’ll reach the second million this year."
Notime and Swiss Post won’t be running out of work anytime soon – and the partners couldn’t be happier about it.
